Our protection facility is one-of-a-kind; built specifically for information management and security. Some of the carefully selected features include:
- Proximity detectors locate and record all entries and exits at our facility.
- Individual coded access is required to enter and exit property. Coded access is granted for varying time parameters based on job description and management level.
- Man-Lock entryways throughout the records retention center prevent any unauthorized visitors. Many others centers in Central Florida allow open bay doors during the workday.
- Three separate key-code entries are required to enter the document warehouse. Three additional security clearances are required for access to Vaulted materials.
- More than 32 video cameras record activity 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
- Cellular redundancy back up is utilized in case of main telephone land line failure.
- On-site, resident Property Managers ensure physical presence on site.
- Authorization access codes are issued to all Vault customers to ensure that no unauthorized personnel gain access to digital media without express permission.
